SHIPPING

I ship via UPS. I’m currently based in Los Angeles and offer worldwide shipping.

Please note:
Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are due upon delivery. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days

  • Made-to-order / custom pieces: Take approximately 4–6 weeks to complete

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will be finalized once UPS is fully set up.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All items are final sale.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order carefully before checking out. Due to the nature of ceramics, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

PERFECTLY IMPERFECT — MADE BY HAND

My pieces are not meant to be perfect. Glaze irregularities and surface texture naturally occur due to how underglaze reacts with a clear top glaze.

Every item is handmade by me using traditional wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques. Slight variations in color, shape, and texture are expected and celebrated.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging

I’ll be happy to offer a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is reviewed.

PRODUCT CARE

All functional kitchen items are microwave- and dishwasher-safe, though I recommend hand washing to extend the life of your piece.

Please avoid sudden temperature changes, as ceramics can crack due to thermal shock.

MADE-TO-ORDER / CUSTOM ORDERS

All made-to-order and custom pieces take approximately 4–6 weeks to complete.

Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking information.
If your order exceeds the 6-week timeframe, please feel free to reach out via email.
